Who's eligible?

Your UCC must meet these qualifications to join the CAB.

UCC or similar organizational structure where the recruiting function is centralized, not managed at the practice level.

At least 10 office locations.

Independent, hospital-affiliated, or hospital joint venture.

Robust Usage
Want to activate a meaningful number of employees as brand ambassadors on social media.

Social Savvy
Talent team has some experience with social media and/or recruitment marketing, or a strong desire to learn.
