When I first started FirmPlay, I never imagined I’d be hosting a podcast. However, over the last few years I’ve been fortunate enough to meet and learn from so many forward-thinking and innovative talent acquisition leaders. It would be a shame not to share this knowledge with the broader recruiting community.
At FirmPlay, we’re on a mission to help companies reimagine their employee referral process by incorporating big data and search into their process. At a broader level, we’re passionate about helping recruiters do their job better, which is simply to identify and hire the best talent to bring into their organization. Since we are based in NYC (as are most of our customers), which presents its own unique set of recruiting challenges, I wanted to interview the best and brightest on how they recruit here in the Big Apple.
I’ll be primarily interviewing in-house recruiters at NYC-based companies, with a laser focus on digging into real-life examples of how they’ve helped attract the best talent to their organizations. As with everything we do at FirmPlay, we love listening to and learning from our audience, so please provide feedback as you listen to the various episodes and our guests.
